Babylon Beach Estates is a community located on the Great South Bay of Long Island, NY. 

 

In the early 1900's, all of the real-estate in West Islip bordering Montauk Highway consisted of the old estates, complete with stately mansions, huge servants quarters, riding stables and vast stretches of land. In 1924, the Estate was sold to Mr. Policina. He named this area Babylon Beach Estate. We are a friendly, tight knit community that enjoys family, boating and social activities.The association's mission is to "strive to promote and improve social relations among members and residents while improving economic and living conditions in the area." We are also very active in civic activities and movements that may affect the community. Our members are our greatest resource. The people in this community truly care about their neighborhood while enjoying the gifts we've been blessed with. The people here feel they are on vacation all year round. What a great way to live!
